PART-time tuition costs & BReakdown

Part-Time Students:

Students may enroll in classes A-La- Carte individual class tuition is based on a 9-month enrollment in that class. We do prorate the tuition if joined mid-year but the class fees are constant. We do allow parents to pay monthly and can divide the Tuition over 9 months. For your cnvenience we have listed the monthly cost in each class description. But there are a few months with holidays and the tuition amount for that month does not change because the tuition is based on the 9-month enrollment period, not each individual month.

9-month School session Cost for individual classes:

1-hour per week class: $405.00
1.5-hour per week class: $675.00
2-hour per week class: $810.00

*Parents planning to pay Tuition in cash/check upfront can request a 10% discount, but this request must be made prior to making the payment, so we can add the requested discount. We don't give 10% refunds of credit card payments made online before a discount was added, as we are charged by our processor to give refunds!

Full-Time tuition costs & BReakdown

Full-Time Students:

Students choosing to enroll Full-Time will particpate in our Online Full-Time Core Class Program and will be assigned a mentor to track and follow their progress throughout the school year. Additionally, Full-Time Students must enroll in a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 14 in-person classes that we offer within their age allowance.

Annual FULL TIME Tuition Fee: $8000.00

*We do not offer a discount for Full-time tuition as the discount is built into the package deal.

Canceling Classes

Parents are able to enroll a student in available classes through the registration software, but must request a class drop or transfer from administration by emailing the request to admin@alliancetolearn.org Please see the financial terms (listed below) you agree to when registering for each class.

Financial terms when enrolling in classes:

Sorry if this should be obvious, but just to be extra clear, by registering your student for each course, you must pay a one-time annual supply fee and monthly tuition. The supply fee is due by July 1st and is non-refundable after that date. If your child is registered for the course on or after July 1st, you must pay the first month's tuition and class fee even if your student drops the course.

You also understand that if your student wishes to drop this course at some point during the year, you must give notice by the 20th of the month that your student will not be returning to the class in the following month. This gives Alliance adequate time to notify students on the waitlist so they can make time in their schedule to join the class and fill your student's position.

If a third party, such as Athenian or the Utah Fits All scholarship, is covering the cost of this course, each parent is responsible for following the appropriate procedure to ensure Alliance is notified and receives payment for their student's tuition.
